A first-phase 1.2 MWp solar PV rollout across multiple City Lodge hotel sites, delivered through concurrent
installation teams and optimised around roof conditions, panel tilt, orientation, energy-use patterns,
and live hotel operations.
The work also included energy check meters for consumption monitoring and municipal billing verification,
with the sites remaining under ongoing maintenance.
